Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, BTL marketing, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of BTL marketing strategies and in-store activation.
- Experience in demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a merchandiser team effectively.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Job Responsibilities:
BTL Marketing Exposure:
- Develop and implement BTL marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility and consumer engagement at the point of sale.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align BTL activities with overall marketing strategies and sales objectives.
- Coordinate in-store promotions, sampling events, and other BTL activities to enhance product presence and boost sales.
- Monitor the effectiveness of BTL campaigns through KPIs and adjust strategies as needed to maximize impact.
Rolling Forecast Management:
- Manage the rolling forecast process to ensure accurate demand planning and inventory management.
- Work closely with the sales and procurement teams to gather market intelligence and update forecasts based on sales trends, promotions, and market conditions.
- Analyse forecast accuracy and take corrective actions to improve forecasting processes.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on forecast performance and inventory levels.
Merchandiser Team Management:
- Lead, train, and develop the merchandiser team to ensure optimal execution of in-store activities.
- Establish clear objectives and performance metrics for the merchandiser team, ensuring alignment with trade marketing goals.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor the merchandiser team’s performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure that merchandising standards are consistently upheld across all retail outlets, with a focus on product availability, shelf positioning, and promotional displays.
