Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, BTL marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of BTL marketing strategies and in-store activation.
  • Experience in demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a merchandiser team effectively.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Job Responsibilities:

BTL Marketing Exposure:

  • Develop and implement BTL marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility and consumer engagement at the point of sale.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align BTL activities with overall marketing strategies and sales objectives.
  • Coordinate in-store promotions, sampling events, and other BTL activities to enhance product presence and boost sales.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of BTL campaigns through KPIs and adjust strategies as needed to maximize impact.

Rolling Forecast Management:

  • Manage the rolling forecast process to ensure accurate demand planning and inventory management.
  • Work closely with the sales and procurement teams to gather market intelligence and update forecasts based on sales trends, promotions, and market conditions.
  • Analyse forecast accuracy and take corrective actions to improve forecasting processes.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on forecast performance and inventory levels.

Merchandiser Team Management:

  • Lead, train, and develop the merchandiser team to ensure optimal execution of in-store activities.
  • Establish clear objectives and performance metrics for the merchandiser team, ensuring alignment with trade marketing goals.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor the merchandiser team’s performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that merchandising standards are consistently upheld across all retail outlets, with a focus on product availability, shelf positioning, and promotional displays.
