Senior Accounts Executive

Senior Account Executive Job Duties:

• Review, prepare and finalize full set accounts.
• Conduct analytical reviews to identify variances and potential areas of improvement.
• Provide timely responses and clear communication with Clients.
• Liase with external auditors and tax agents to ensure timely and accurate reporting for audits and tax filings.
• Oversee the work of junior accounting staff, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Ensure that all reporting deadlines are met, including tax filings, audits, and monthly management accounts.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise in the accounting process.
• Evaluate current accounting processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement.
• Perform any additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
  

Requirement:

• Professional accounting qualification and/or a Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
• Min 2-3 years working experience
• Familiar with Autocount accounting software
• Able to speak in Malay, English and Mandarin Language. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Audit Experience is an added advantage

Salary and Benefits

• Salary range - RM 4,500 to RM 6,000 per month based on qualification and working experiences
