Responsibilities:

  • Calendar managements including scheduling appointments, meetings or events
  • Handling correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  • Booking travel, accommodations and creating detailed itinerary
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Communicate with internal, external parties on various subject in regard to Partner's personal and business affairs
  • Meticulous in proofreading with correct spelling and perfect grammar for all documents
  • Maintain a well-organized filing system and secures confidential files
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner
  • Running personal errands, managing household tasks and assisting with personal projects as needed
  • Develop and manage schedules for drivers to ensure timely and efficient transportation services. Coordinate routes and assignments based on priority and urgency

Requirements:

  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in or as Personal Assistant / Administrative / Operation / Management field
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, in any field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent command of spoken & written English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Great interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Well organized, detail oriented and flexible with strong decision-making ability
  • Preferably candidates with immediate availability
  • Willing to work in Dutamas area
