Responsibilities:
- Calendar managements including scheduling appointments, meetings or events
- Handling correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Booking travel, accommodations and creating detailed itinerary
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Communicate with internal, external parties on various subject in regard to Partner's personal and business affairs
- Meticulous in proofreading with correct spelling and perfect grammar for all documents
- Maintain a well-organized filing system and secures confidential files
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner
- Running personal errands, managing household tasks and assisting with personal projects as needed
- Develop and manage schedules for drivers to ensure timely and efficient transportation services. Coordinate routes and assignments based on priority and urgency
Requirements:
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in or as Personal Assistant / Administrative / Operation / Management field
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, in any field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Computer literate
- Excellent command of spoken & written English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Great interpersonal and customer service skills
- Well organized, detail oriented and flexible with strong decision-making ability
- Preferably candidates with immediate availability
- Willing to work in Dutamas area
