1. Responsible for the day to day operational matters of the accounts department. 2. Responsible to prepare / check the accounting, financial related documents for internal reference or Management’s verification and approval. 3. Responsible to prepare / review the financial report for internal and external reference and circulation. And to ensure these are completed timely and accurately. 4. Responsible to prepare and perform monthly variance analysis on all expenses against the budget. 5. To Monitor / prepare the reconciliation for all balance sheet items, P&L, cash flow financial report and control accounts. 6. Liaise with Head Office, Financial Institutions, auditors, tax agent on accounting and financial related matters. 7. Responsible / assist to coordinate and prepare the financial budget / projection and performance target. 8. Responsible for daily accounting duties and ensuring accounting records comply with company’s policies, relevant accounting standards and tax regulations. 9. To prepare monthly account reports & analyze information detailing revenue, cost & expenses. 10. Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts. 11. Issue payment & generate payment voucher. 12. Debtors & Creditors Collection Report update 13. Any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
