Procurement work, including but not limited to verifying Purchase Schedule, making Purchase order, filing and placing Purchase Order / Delivery Order, other assigned enquiry work. Stock control and inventory management, including but not limited to verifying received materials types and quantities matching with Purchase Orders and invoices, making monthly inventory records, checking Materials Received Forms and Out Stock Forms. Assist Procurement Manger to do document management work. To undertake any other ad hoc assignment which may be given from time to time. Criteria needed: 1. Have high proficiency in Mandarin (speak, write and read) as the system uses Mandarin language. 2. Willing to relocate to Sebuyau, Sarawak. 3. Able to work fast and accurate. 4. High computer literacy in Microsoft and Excel. 5. Good communication skills. 6. Able to write letters and draft contracts. *Open to Sarawakian only
