  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Senior Manager in developing the detailed plan and schedules for hardware, software implementation or upgrades required according to allocated budget in order to accomplish information systems goals which support business objectives.
  • Assist the Senior Manager in monitoring, overseeing and managing the operations and the administration of the Information Systems Department, which includes analysis of workflow, the establishment of departmental priorities, development of procedures and standards, and setting of deadlines.
  • Assist the management in planning and coordinating activities such as installation and upgrading of hardware and software, programming and systems design, development of computer networks, and implementation of Internet and intranet sites. When necessary, manage and assist IT consultants in information systems implementation works which are outsourced to ensure efficient and timely delivery.
  • Oversee upgrades and security backups of hardware and software systems including ensuring that the Group’s software licensing laws are adhered to in order to ensure that the Group’s data security control and disaster recovery plans are sufficing.
  • Consult with users, management, and vendors to assess, evaluate and plan the Information Technology needs and system requirements.
  • Coach and motivate staff; identify learning opportunities for staff development and advancement; track work progress and conduct performance reviews; in order to build staff competence on the job and encourage motivation, pro-activeness and job satisfaction of all direct reports.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor Degree in Information System or a related discipline
