Admin, Agency- OFFICE HOUR/IMMEDIATE HIRING
- Location: Jalan Ampang (nearby LRT Jelatek)
- Basic Salary: RM 2,300 (fixed) + OT (if needed)
- Can start immediately: October 2024.
- Working Hour: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
- Working Days: Monday - Friday
- Able to work for 6 months contract first (renewable subject to management)
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimun Bachelor degree in Business Admin or equivalent
- Candidates with administrative experience in Insurance/Takaful will have an advantage.
- Fresh graduates may be considered.
- Basic knowledge of Takaful/Insurance.
- IT literate.
- Malaysian only with Age limit : official 20 - 38 years old
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Agent/Staff Movement (Resignation, Transfer of Branch, Transfer of Agent/Agency, Reinstatement & Registration).
- Ensure all registration, movement & termination/resignation are updated accordingly in MTA system.
- Ensure collect batch letter change of servicing and reinstatement.
- Compile letter with "Bulk mailing insertion request form" by batch.
- Processing Agency Office Maintenance (AOM) payment every month and submit to Agency Compensation memo and template before dateline
- Update listing forms received.
- Maintain and update the application received in master listing.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
