JOB DESCRIPTION:

To assists superior in daily purchasing operations including import purchase, sourcing steel materials, price negotiation & follow up delivery
To ensure all materials are purchased according to required specifications & requirements as stated in PO
To monitor delivery schedule with suppliers and ensure goods are delivered in accordance to the agreed price and specification
To monitor and arrange import purchase
To carry out price review activities for goods purchased
To generate PO & related correspondences
Work closely with internal department and external suppliers on purchased items or engaged items
To monitor the inventory and delivery status
To provide sales support and coordination work to sales department.
Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time

REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree in any field
Good presentation & communication skills
Aggressive and self-motivated personality and able work independently in a fast-pace environment
Must be computer literate
Possess own transport
Applicants must be willing to work 5.5 days / week (alternate Saturday)
1 full time position at ULU TIRAM, Johor
Able to start work immediately / having experiences in steel industries will be an added advantage
Preferably Mandarin Lady speaking candidate
