JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Define and establish new product configuration and process flow / control. Including product packaging method based on product requirement.
- Developing and evaluate jig & fixture for new product process.
- Liaise and support various departments to achieve cost saving objectives and product improvement.
- Responsible on new project equipment for commissioning verification / buyoff including parameter optimization.
- Responsible in new product assembly sample build, new process setup , transfer activities and validation process.
- Daily assist / support production activities such as equipment troubleshooting and process parameter optimization.
- Developing, implementing, monitoring and maintaining PE Engineering document & system (WI, POP, Process flow chart).
- Calculate and review cycle time improvements to achieve more output.
- Liaise with suppliers related to technical matters accordance with Company’s Policy and objective.

Working Experience
Min 3 years of working experience in related field. Professional Knowledge
•
Familiar with SOP, POP, Flow Chart, Process Routing Designation.
•
Familiar with laser engraving machine, ultrasonic machine, jig & fixture design debugging, Tempo or silk screen printing & hot melting machine. Professional Skill
•
Familiar with UG or design fixture software.
•
Familiar with using Microsoft office software and PPT presentation.
•
Root cause analysis.
•
Knowledge of mechanical / electronic control Job Training Requirement
•
Induction training schedule.
•
Safety requirement and others requirement following as per company training plan. Ability and Quality
•
Good communication and coordination skills.
•
Must be willing to hands-on and work in plastic injection moulding or production assembly environment.
•
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
