Senior Process Engineer (Wet Chemistry)

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily line issue troubleshooting, process engineering, and production support for Wet process.
• Work as a team with Manufacturing to resolve production issues and reduce production line interruption.
• Responsible for setup of unit process for new transfer technologies to ensure successful qualification, yield learning, and production ramp.
• Maintain or update process documentation, including work instructions, control plans, material specifications, FMEA, etc., in accordance with ISO 14001 and TS standards.
• Perform or lead FMEA and risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management.
• Ensure the robustness of processes with Advanced Process Control.

Qualifications:

• Possess a Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical, Electronics, Microelectronics Engineering, Physics, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing unit processes, materials, and equipment engineering, with at least 2 years of in-depth knowledge of characterization methodology.
• Possess good technical knowledge in semiconductor manufacturing unit processes, materials, and/or equipment engineering.
• Experienced in Six Sigma, DMAIC methodology, Design of Experiment; possess good knowledge in MS Office and Minitab.
• Able to speak fluent Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Possess good communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
