Job Description
- Proactive problem solver focused on client satisfaction and service improvement
- Resolve technical issues, managing team performance, and ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Maintain client relationships, tracking service metrics, addressing reliability issues, and leading the team responsible for service execution
The Successful Applicant
- Degree or diploma in information technology, computer science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with SIEM systems
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Proactive, resourceful, innovative, and able to work well under pressure
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity, network infrastructure (firewalls, routers, switches, etc.), application vulnerabilities, malware, and cloud solutions
- Familiarity with Windows and Unix/Linux environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Bash, Python, or Java
- A strong desire to exceed expectations
