  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Job Description

  • Proactive problem solver focused on client satisfaction and service improvement
  • Resolve technical issues, managing team performance, and ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Maintain client relationships, tracking service metrics, addressing reliability issues, and leading the team responsible for service execution

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree or diploma in information technology, computer science, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with SIEM systems
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Proactive, resourceful, innovative, and able to work well under pressure
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity, network infrastructure (firewalls, routers, switches, etc.), application vulnerabilities, malware, and cloud solutions
  • Familiarity with Windows and Unix/Linux environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Bash, Python, or Java
  • A strong desire to exceed expectations
