Job Description

  • Productionalise analytical pipeline and data science pipeline.
  • Own and monitor objective key results (OKRs) related to hyper-personalization efforts, such as time-to-production and MVP deliverables per quarter.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align hyper-personalization initiatives with overall business objectives and marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in hyper-personalization to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.
  • Assist the Business Analytics and Data Science squad in transitioning their use cases to production, including liaising with the BAU team and transferring pertinent knowledge to facilitate seamless integration.
  • Advocate for self-service analytics capabilities by encouraging the utilization of advanced data visualization tools and establishing a comprehensive knowledge repository for reusable data assets.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience in data engineering or data science roles, preferably within the banking or financial industry.
  • Strong background in AI/ML model development, feature engineering, and model deployment, with a track record of implementing machine learning solutions in real-world scenarios.
  • Proficiency in cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, with hands-on experience in building cloud-based data solutions and leveraging real-time analytics capabilities.
  • Expertise in data engineering concepts, including data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration frameworks.
  • Familiarity with advanced data visualization tools like OAS, Power BI or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles.
  • Programming skills in languages like Python, SQL, or Java, with experience in working with large datasets and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark).
