Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies for respective project development
  • Work closely within the marketing & sales team to develop successfull strategies and campaigns that acquire new customers and retain existing purchasers
  • Ensure timely submission/renewal of projects APDL
  • Liaise with creative agencies for production of marketing collaterals for new projects
  • Evaluating current marketing campaigns for weakness and developing solutions within budget constraints
  • Organise and oversee advertising/communication campaigns, exhibitions and promotions events
  • Liaising with agencies/vendors/consultants in preparation for new property launches/campaigns/events
  • Perform periodic inspection of website, marketing collaterals at sales galleries and outdoor advertising channels within viccinity of project (billboard, buntings, banners) to ensure all information is up-to-date and in good condition
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate current market trends, brand positioning, brand awareness, competitive offerings and advertisements to determine the effectiveness of different strategies
  • Analyse sales numbers in comparison to the marketing budget to determine which strategies/campaigns were most effective
  • Develop marketing strategies for new products or services that comply with organizational standards
  • Any other ad-hoc matters instructed by the Management

Requirements:

  • At least Degree in Marketing/Business Studies or any relevant courses will be considered
  • Minimum 5 years f experience in Marketing field with 2 years' experience in Property Development is preferred
  • Ability to read/write in Chinese is a necessary since targeted in foreign market
  • Ideally experienced in marketing for high-rise and township developments
  • Well-versed in social media marketing, application and renewal of APDL
  • Strong multitasking, time management and able to work independently
