Job Responsibilities:
• To plan, execute and control all distribution services including receiving, storing, shipping, handling returns/damaged/ expired goods.
• Responsible for accuracy of goods in warehouse and on time shipment to customers.
• Ensure stock movement is constantly updated in the system via relevant documents in order to ensure accuracy of data including location, quantity on hand, value etc.
• Implement, maintain and instill cost efficiency concept throughout Warehouse Department.
• Effective space planning so as to maximize storage for raw materials and finished goods.
• Accountable for effective implementation of 5S within Warehouse Department.
• Coordinate with other department if any stock verification needed.
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 year of working experiences in warehouse, inventory management or logistics operations.
• Knowledge in inventory control procedure and ERP system is essential.
• Able to communicate with all levels of people and resourceful.
• Analytical, able to work independently and work under pressure.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. You are requested to use Mandarin to communicate with customers.
• Computer literate(Excel, Words & PowerPoint).
