Product Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead the growth of our product portfolio through a deep understanding of the market and strategic marketing initiatives. Your primary objective will be to generate sustainable sales growth by executing effective marketing strategies and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with the company's vision.
• Collaborate in managing the product lifecycle, including conducting market research, analyzing product requirements, understanding customer needs, and formulating marketing strategies while assessing market competition and share.
• Serve as a point of reference for assigned products and work closely with the sales team for product training.
• Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare and present monthly performance reports to management.
• Represent our brand at conferences and key industry events.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy/Pharmacology or Nutritionist would be preferred.
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a pharmacist/nutritionist.
• Strong medical/healthcare knowledge, product management, brand management, and excellent communication skills (e.g., training, presentations) to professionally represent the company.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Willingness to travel.
