  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to preventive maintenance activities
  • To resolve and troubleshoot all the issues with related to CNC machines and associated equipment
  • Schedule regular maintenance activities, carrying out ongoing preventative maintenance programs
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on machines
  • Undertakes repair works, and completes them within the given timeframe
  • To assist in in-house maintenance servicing and ensure that the building and warehouse are well maintained in all aspect
  • Supervise and liaise with contractors for any maintenance repairs ensuring
  • standard of work is adhered to at all time
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing bulbs and repairing doors/windows
  • Respond and attend to issues or concerns related to building and hostel maintenance such as air conditioning system, lighting, electrical and etc.
  • Update maintenance and service record for tractability and enhance condition of machine, equipment's and tools

Daily Routine

  • Check and record machines condition based on Check List provided at each machine
  • Update machine maintenance record
  • Feedback to Supervisor in the event of any abnormality found for advice and rectification arrangement. (Supervisor shall liaison with Engineering Dept for repair / service / stop of machine)
  • Check and update checklist of production 5S schedule

Job Requirements

  • Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • 1 year working experience in CNC Auto Lathe Machine will have added advantage
  • Fresh graduate with willing to learn attitude
