Responsibilities:

  • HR-Related
    • Handle full HR spectrum such as recruitment, engagement, training, payroll, statutory requirement, attendance, leave, overtime calculation and claims.
    • Manage and facilitate recruitment, on boarding and performance management
    • Monitor and maintain remuneration package of the employees
    • Monitor & update HR record such as employee personal file, organizational chart and employee handbook
    • Liaise with government statutory bodies such as PERKESO, EPF, LHDN, Labour office and HRD Corp as and when required
    • Issuance of all HR related documentations: offer letter, job promotion, increment, warning letter, etc.
    • Administer Group Hospitalization & Surgical Insurance including claims processes from beginning till the end.
    • Attend to the employees’ queries pertaining to admin and HR matters.
    • Assist in implementation of HR policies and company SOP.
    • Prepare all onboarding relevant documentation including name card and CIDB Green Card as and when applicable.

  • Admin-related
    • Manage and maintain all office facilities and equipment
    • Handle office insurance, premise licence, tenancy agreement and all procurement items
    • Assist and support in any other administration duties and other ad hoc duties as assigned
    • Prepare and maintain a good record of all admin SOP and documentation.
