Description:

  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Job Site Visits: Conduct regular visits to client job sites to assess project progress, address client concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Project Tenders: Lead the preparation and submission of project tenders, including gathering necessary information, creating proposals, and presenting them to potential clients.
  • Project Management: Oversee the implementation of projects, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery according to client specifications.
  • Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts and potential new clients to increase sales and revenue.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  • Client Consultation: Provide clients with expert advice on products and services, offering solutions that best meet their needs and objectives.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements while protecting company interests.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain good corporate relationship with existing interior designers, architects and contractors by providing prompt follow-up services
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients to enhance Company’s ambition in the market
  • Conduct portfolio/product presentation and catalogue briefing
  • Participate in trade fairs, industry events and market feedback
  • Follow-up with payment and general paper work

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM with 2 years of sales experience·
  • Good presentation skills and resourcefulness in business development
  • Service oriented and a team player
  • Possess own vehicle (transport allowance is provided)
  • Good basic salary with transport allowance plus quarterly incentive
  • Comprehensive product training will be provided for shortlisted candidates
