Key Responsibilities

  • Development and Implementation of Marketing Strategies:
    • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the College's goals.
    • Execute marketing strategies to increase awareness, student enrolment, and overall brand presence.
  • Content Creation:
    • Generate compelling and relevant content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and other promotional materials.
    • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Manage and maintain the College's social media accounts.
    • Develop and execute social media campaigns to engage with the College community and attract potential students.
  • Event Promotion:
    • Coordinate and promote College events, including open days, information sessions, and campus tours.
    • Work with event organizers to ensure successful execution and attendance.
  • Market Research:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors' activities, and changes in the education sector.
    • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges for the College.
  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with admissions office, academic departments, and other relevant stakeholders to gather information and ensure consistency in messaging.
    • Build relationships with schools and other key influencers and partners to enhance the College's reach.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to the Marketing Manager for continuous improvement.
  • Budget Management:
    • Assist in managing the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing/ Business/ Communications, or any related fields of studies. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Working experience in marketing field, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
