Mall Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage mall rental revenue and financial performance (costs, aging, etc.).
• Recruit, develop, motivate and retain a high performing team (operations, leasing, finance, etc.).
• Provide leadership and direction to mall staff and tenants.
• Oversee the leasing process and maintain occupancy levels.
• Analyze mall sales and traffic data to drive incremental revenue and other sales opportunities.
• Develop and implement mall marketing and sales strategies.
• Provided exceptional customer service to mall patrons and tenants.
• Ensure the mall is maintained in a clean, safe and attractive manner (operationally efficient to maintain costings).
• Ensure that the finance department collection and operations are running smoothly.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management or mall management.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of driving sales and profitability.
• Ability to analyze mall sales and traffic data to make informed business decisions.
• Problem solver - ability to identify problems and bring issues to resolution proactively.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
