Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the bidding and procurement of engineering & equipment required for construction projects, ensuring compliance with project schedules and cost control objectives as well as mitigate project risk by implementing and negotiating terms and conditions.
  • Prepare and implement contract terms and conditions, bidding and procurement plans/strategies for engineering & equipment.
  • Participate in the development of engineering & equipment procurement bidding strategies, negotiations, vendor management including dispute resolution, etc.
  • Organize contractor/supplier inspections and prepare inspection reports.
  • Prepare bidding documents, organize tender interview, and outline contract terms and conditions and participate in contract negotiations.
  • Evaluate, prepare and submit the contract award report for approval.
  • Prepare, submit for approval, and sign contracts.
  • Properly document all the tender records, correspondence, submissions etc..
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and external vendors/consultants for all project related matters.
  • Compile a contract list and track contract execution.
  • Process contract payments in accordance with contract terms.
  • Collect the latest market information and stay informed on industry pricing trends.
  • Gather and organize supplier information and maintain the equipment supplier database as well as perform annual vendor evaluations.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by senior management.
  • Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with no restriction on major.
  • Over 5 years of experience in the bidding and procurement of engineering & equipment (large-scale M&E & HVAC equipment) or integrated procurement.
  • Background in real estate or data center-related industries is preferred.
  • Experience in managing suppliers and construction contracts, with familiarity in market trends.
  • Strong sense of responsibility & logical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with team management experience.
  • Strong team spirit and collaboration skills.
  • Able to work and adapt to fast paced working environment.
  • Seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
