Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a passion for developing new business, and a deep understanding of customer needs. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify and Develop Leads: Generate new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals: Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring smooth transitions and client satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and KPIs.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in semicon and electronics industries.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in E & E, Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Characteristics:
    • Results-oriented with a proactive approach.
    • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
