Job Title: Reporting Executive

Working Hours: 10am to 7pm

Working Day: Monday - Friday

Working Location: Bangsar South

Salary Range: RM4,000++

Overview: As a Reporting Executive, your primary responsibility is to oversee the accurate and timely preparation and distribution of reports within the organization. You will collaborate closely with various departments to gather data, analyze information, and produce insightful reports that aid decision-making processes at all levels. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, as the role involves interaction with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and the ability to review Chinese language documents.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables.
• Strong sensitivity to numerical data and detail-oriented work.

Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese, including listening, speaking, reading, and typing. Relevant experience is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Discreet, self-disciplined, and able to handle sensitive information.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• High level of accuracy, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility.
