Job Responsibilities:

  • Selling lubricant additives and specialty chemicals to a diverse range of industries
  • Identify and develop new customer accounts while maintaining and nurturing existing relationships
  • Build and cultivate strong customer relationships, providing excellent service and support
  • Promote and expand sales of both new and established products in the market
  • Prepare and execute sales forecasts, marketing plans, and reports, while monitoring market conditions and trends
  • Take full responsibility for payment collections, ensuring prompt payment of due and overdue accounts
  • Manage the entire sales process, ensuring the achievement of sales targets
  • Prepare quotations and conduct timely follow-up with potential clients
  • Evaluate and enhance sales performance, utilizing data to drive improvements and meet goals
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by management as needed

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, or a relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the lubricant additives or specialty chemicals sector, or related industries
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • A self-motivated, results-driven attitude with the ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Proven sales track record and a focus on achieving results
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written); fluency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, or other languages is an advantage
  • Competence in MS Office applications
  • Preferably 1-3 years of working experience in a related field
