  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

We are looking for a candidate to support the finance processes and accounting entries function in our Shared Services Centre.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform and review accounts payable tasks abide by company’s policies and guidelines
  • Support internal control compliance
  • Accounting entries & reconciliation
  • Ensure all KPIs and timelines are met
  • Continuous improvement/ Process enhancement
  • Perform ad-hoc assignment as and when required

Qualifications:

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree, post graduate certificate in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
  • At least 4-6 years working experience in the related field
  • Preferably experience in AP in shared services centre

Requirements:

  • Accounting entries and PTP processes.
  • Good command of PC knowledge - sophisticated skill in MS office, especially in Ms Excel and Oracle
  • Meticulous and ability to perform job with accuracy
  • Self-motivated, good interpersonal & communication skill
