  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

As the Plant Manager, you will work closely with the Operation Director and play a lead role to drive process optimization and continuous improvement of the plant operation.

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the employees for performance excellence meeting the company objectives and KPIs in profitability, quality, service and innovation.
  • Oversee production processes and prepare all the resources needed to maintain an efficient and continuous flow of production.
  • Monitor and control the flow of supplies that includes the purchases, storage, and movement of the required quality of raw materials, and work-in-progress inventory.
  • Ensure good safety standard awareness and comply to in-house and regulatory standards.
  • Efficient preventive maintenance planning to prevent unplanned downtime and to extend the life span of the machine.
  • Understand profit & lost, overhead management, operating cash flow, budgeting and cost control.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical or equivalent.
  • 8-10 years of working experience in chemical plant production and operation at the senior executive or managerial level.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, customers, and local government authorities.
  • Strong leadership, supervisory, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kuantan, Pahang.

Working Hours: 8am - 5pm (Mon to Fri)

Working Location: Kawasan Perindustrian Gebeng, Kuantan
