Responsibilities:

• Financial Oversight: Manage and coordinate financial operations across multiple business units.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the preparation and management of consolidated budgets and financial forecasts.
• Reporting: Consolidate financial reports from various departments and prepare comprehensive group-level financial statements.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards; oversee internal controls and risk management practices.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
• Audit Management: Coordinate and manage internal and external audits; ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor finance teams across different units; foster professional development and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that drive growth and profitability.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial performance and strategic insights to senior executives and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in finance management, with a proven track record in a group or multi-unit environment.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, group consolidation processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
