JOB SUMMARY:

Project managers should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis. Expecting to be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. Able to be a lead to a team player and have an excellent problem-solving and critical thinking method.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects;
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation;
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress;
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs;
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques;
  • Report and escalate to management as needed;
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders;
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors;
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Graduate's Degree in business, computer science, engineering, or information systems or equivalent experience;
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role;
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team, with strong mentoring and coaching skills;
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement;
  • A critical thinker with strong attention to detail;
  • Strive for continuous improvement and prioritize time management;
  • Comfortable with planning and executing a budget.
