With the continuous expansion of our business, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales performance.

Job Responsibilities
1) Responsible for managing and expanding the company's wholesale business of apparel and fur products, setting sales strategies and targets
2) Maintain and expand existing customer relationships, develop new customers, and ensure sales channel diversification.
3) Lead the sales team, provide training and guidance to help team members to improve performance.
4) Analyse market dynamics and customer needs, and propose sales strategy adjustment.
5)Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and marketing, to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
6)Report regularly on sales progress, and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
7)Participate in industry exhibitions and activities to enhance the company's influence in the apparel and fur market

Requirements
1) At least 1-2 years of sales experience in the apparel or fur products industry, wholesale business experience is preferred.
2)Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to establish long-term relationship with various customers.
3) Experience in leading a sales team with excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
4) Goal-oriented, able to achieve sales target under pressure.
5) Familiar with the market trend of clothing and fur products, with market analysis ability
6) Ability to adapt to frequent business trips and actively explore new markets.
