Position Overview: As a Cargo Specialist at MGL Global Logistics, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring smooth and efficient cargo operations. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and some experience in the logistics field.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Assist customers with booking and tracking cargo shipments
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of cargo
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
