Sales & Service Support Engineer (Penang & Johor)

RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY:
1) Manage technical meeting, arrangement schedule for site service, breakdown and ad-hoc work for the technical staff.
2) Manage to handle technical issue / problem may occur on customer site with technical staff.
3) Manage and secure current maintenances / servicing contract and as well as ad-hoc job.
4) Manage and Support project for any technical issue / problem may occur as well as onsite installation, testing and commissioning.
5) Attend any technical or maintenance meeting with customer /client
6) Prepare renewal or new Quote for Maintenance Contract as well as ad-hoc work.
7) Manage to get new maintenance sales and ad hoc sales.
8) Reporting to the Senior Manager/ Manager – Sales & Service Support
SUPERVISION:
Receives general supervision from the Senior Manager – Sales & Service Support
EDUCATION:
• Minimum Diploma/ University degree/ Master Degree/ Professional Certificate in Engineering Electronics & Electrical related or equivalent.
JOB EXPERIENCE:
· More than 2 years of experience in related field
· Good purchase negotiation skill
· Committed and able work as a team
· Multi-tasks effectively with good attitude
