OVERALL SCOPE OF WORK
Responsible for the maximization of sales for company’s products. Promote / specification all products and turnover of sales and provide data’s regarding changes required in the product to meet Customer standards, answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifying new markets and business opportunities and arranging meeting with potential customers.
- Visiting potential customers(Designer / Architect / Contractor / Dealer) for new business and developing and maintaining relationships.
- Making / submit customers enquiry for quotations, negotiating the terms of an agreement with a view to closing sales.
- Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future market.
- Display efficiency in gathering market and customer into to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specifications to their managers.
- Review their own performance and aim at exceeding their sales targets.
- Provide accurate feedback on future trends to superior, to ensure & follow up customer account on time for payment.
- To ensure all project complete and submit with photo & project certificate.
- Site visiting for TCS project sales & demonstrating / presenting products.
- To input daily sales activities to CRM.
REQUIREMENTS
- Academic : Qualification: Diploma / Degree
- Experience : Marketing / Sales / Business

- With CRM software is a plus
