In this position, you re responsible to handle the following tasks :

1) The interface between sales team, production team and customers

2) Responsible for order processing to ensure timely delivery as per agreed schedule with customer.

3) Represent our company products to various of industries

4) Service our existing customer including follow up customer feedback, ensure customer’s request and enquiries are well attended.

5) Respond to customer inquiries by phone promptly and professionally.

6) Identity new potential customer and develop new sales opportunities & strategies

7) Undertake other tasks as assigned by management.

  • Candidates must possess at least SPM level of education / Diploma
  • Minimum of 1 year working experience as customer service would be an added advantage.
  • Must be computer literate and having good interpersonal and communication skills
  • A good personality such as responsible, hardworking, independent, good communication skills, and willing to learn.
  • Able to write and communicate in Chinese, English and Malay. Chinese would be an added advantage as the role requires dealing with Mandarin speaking customers.
  • Working days : 5 days per week
