Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate compliance with HSSE legal and other requirements.
  • Coordinates HSSE management system, promote and develop HSSE culture, measure and monitor HSSE performance.
  • Identify HSSE hazards and control measures and advise on corrective recommendation(s).
  • Prepares and facilitates HSSE awareness programme (e.g; TBM, Mass Briefing, etc.)
  • Monitors and inspects the workplace to ensure that HSSE practices are carried out in all work operations.
  • Assist in develop and implements the site/project HSSE Action Plan.
  • Reports all incident and accident as per the site/project and company’s emergency reporting protocol and assists in HSSE accident or incident investigation.
  • General Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field.
  • Open for fresh graduates or 2 years and below working experience. Training will be provided.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate in English. Additional language proficiency would be advantageous.
  • Good computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office (e.g; Words, Powerpoint, Excel).
  • Fit for work and able to work in outdoor and office settings.
