Coordinate compliance with HSSE legal and other requirements.
Coordinates HSSE management system, promote and develop HSSE culture, measure and monitor HSSE performance.
Identify HSSE hazards and control measures and advise on corrective recommendation(s).
Prepares and facilitates HSSE awareness programme (e.g; TBM, Mass Briefing, etc.)
Monitors and inspects the workplace to ensure that HSSE practices are carried out in all work operations.
Assist in develop and implements the site/project HSSE Action Plan.
Reports all incident and accident as per the site/project and company’s emergency reporting protocol and assists in HSSE accident or incident investigation.
General Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field.
Open for fresh graduates or 2 years and below working experience. Training will be provided.
Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate in English. Additional language proficiency would be advantageous.
Good computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office (e.g; Words, Powerpoint, Excel).
Fit for work and able to work in outdoor and office settings.
