We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven TikTok Live Host to join our marketing team. This is a commission-based role focused on generating and processing sales leads through engaging daily live streams on TikTok. The ideal candidate will have a natural flair for live hosting, a passion for cars, and the ability to convert viewers into customers.

Your Day-to-Day

Daily TikTok Live Sessions:
Host a minimum of one live session every day to showcase CARSOME’s vehicles, promotions, and services, aiming to generate high-quality sales leads.
Lead Generation and Processing:

Engage with viewers to capture first-hand leads during live sessions. Qualify these leads and pass them on to the sales team for further processing.
Sales-Driven Content:

Create persuasive live content that not only entertains but also drives viewers to take immediate action, such as booking a test drive or purchasing a car.
Real-Time Engagement:

Interact with the live audience, answering questions, addressing concerns, and building a rapport that fosters trust and encourages sales.
Collaboration with Sales Team:

Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads and to track the progress of leads through to successful sales and delivery.
Performance Monitoring:

Track the performance of live sessions, including metrics such as lead conversion rates, and continuously refine strategies to improve results.
Trend Awareness:

Stay updated with the latest TikTok trends and social media best practices to ensure that CARSOME’s live content remains relevant and competitive.

This role requires a commitment of 5.5 days per week, with a daily live streaming schedule.
Commission-Based:

Compensation is solely commission-based, with earnings tied to successful orders and the delivery of cars generated from your leads.

Your Know-How

  • Strong on-camera presence with good communication and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to engage and convert a live audience into sales leads.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Proficiency with TikTok’s platform, trends, and live streaming tools.
  • 1-2 years of experience in social media hosting, live streaming, or a similar sales-focused role
  • Able to work well with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
