  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to be based in either Sabah or Sarawak. This position will be covering the total East Malaysia Region which consists of Sabah, Sarawak and Brunei.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the sales targets and market share objectives in East Malaysia.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and create action plans.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners in the region.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and support by addressing issues promptly and effectively.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
