Qualifications & experience  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field  Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role  Proficiency in project management software tools  Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.  Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Tasks & responsibilities  Manage and supervise construction crews and subcontractors  Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation  Lead project teams in executing project tasks according to the project plan  Monitor and track project progress, performance, and budget  Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes to the project scope  Build, lead, and motivate project teams, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities  Conduct project evaluations and implement improvements for future projects  Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and logs Benefits Allowances Panel Clinic EPF & SOCSO EIS
