- Implement and manage payroll system upgrades and enhancements.

- Develop and monitor cost of performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of incentive plans.
- Maintain and update payroll systems and records, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Implement and manage payroll system upgrades and enhancements.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive employee information.
- Communicate changes in payroll policies and procedures with vendor.
