Payroll

• Manage internal and external payroll audits, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries from regulatory agencies.
• Implement and manage payroll system upgrades and enhancements.
• Ensure timely distribution of payroll and adherence to payroll schedules.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
• Manage and oversee the accurate processing of payroll for all employees, including complex calculations for bonuses, commissions, and other special payments.
• Administer and manage all employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, leave policies, and other company-provided benefits.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations.
• Act as a liaison between employees and benefits providers to resolve complex issues.
• Prepare and submit necessary reports and filings to regulatory agencies.
• Address and resolve employee issues and inquiries related to benefits in a timely and effective manner.
• Prepared the related data for annual salary review processes, including merit increases, promotions, and adjustments.
• Prepare and present reports on compensation and rewards programs (One Time Payment: Bonus, Ex-Gratia, Director allowance and others that related).
• Develop and monitor cost of performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of incentive plans.
• Maintain and update payroll systems and records, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Implement and manage payroll system upgrades and enhancements.
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive employee information.
• Communicate changes in payroll policies and procedures with vendor.
