  • Develop and monitor cost of performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of incentive plans.
  • Maintain and update payroll systems and records, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Implement and manage payroll system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive employee information.
  • Communicate changes in payroll policies and procedures with vendor.
