Mandarin Customer Service (Monday To Friday No Midnight Shift)
Shipment Validation: Search and verify shipment details in the system. Document Management: Organize and label shipping documents received via email. Accuracy: Ensure document types are correct and properly categorized. Additional Responsibilities: Handle other tasks as directed by the supervisor. Efficiency: Maintain streamlined organization and precise document processing.
Order Support: Assist customers with online orders and offer prompt help via phone and email. Data Security: Process payments and handle confidential information, ensuring customer data protection. Brand Loyalty: Proactively address issues to protect the client's brand and maintain customer loyalty. Escalation: Escalate urgent matters through the proper channels when necessary. Continuous Improvement: Work with the team to enhance customer support, stay updated through training and ongoing learning.
