Trident Digital is Seeking a Dynamic Full-Time Sales Representative to Join Our Team!
Type of Employment: Full-Time Position (Remote / Hybrid)
Join Trident Digital, a trailblazer in digital marketing, as a Sales Representative where you will collaborate closely with our Business Development Team and the Founder. Your role will be critical in driving the company's revenue by managing all sales activities, from the initial discovery meetings to proposals and closing deals. By giving clear and compelling presentations of our services, you will help prospects understand the value we bring to their business.
[YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES IN ORDER OF PRIORITY]
Responsibility 1 - Sales Engagement:
- Handle all aspects of sales appointments, including discovery, proposal preparation, and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, ensuring ongoing engagement and trust.
- Actively follow up with leads and prospects, and re-engage past prospects with high-quality service and offerings.
Responsibility 2 - Client Communication:
- Provide clear, beneficial explanations of our services tailored to the specific needs of each prospect.
- Utilize quality questioning techniques to deeply understand the challenges, needs, and wants of prospects.
Responsibility 3 - Revenue Growth:
- Drive the company’s revenue growth by securing new clients and closing significant deals.
- Respond to rejections intelligently, finding ways to revive and close deals with composure and strategic insight.
[REQUIREMENTS]
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications:
- Proficient in English, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage confidently with groups and individuals at all levels.
- Background in sales and marketing, with a track record of closing five-figure deals considered a significant plus.
- Professional demeanor, consistently presenting oneself in a respectable manner.
- Resilient and strategic in handling rejections, always looking for intelligent solutions to overcome sales obstacles.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,270.00 - RM13,100.00 per month
