YOUR ROLE

Main Goals for 2023-2025

  • Ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day Payroll/HR operations
  • Provide support and advice to employees and managers on a wide range of Payroll/HR related issues
  • Keep in mind the company's strategy, values and targets when helping employees

Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Respond to employee inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or in-person, provide accurate and timely information, advice, and assistance
  • Assist employees with Payroll/HR-related processes and procedures, such as benefits enrolment, time-off requests, and salary adjustments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the information system
  • Communicate with CoEs and other departments within the organization to ensure that employee inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on Payroll/HR-related topics
  • Participate in projects and initiatives to improve the overall employee experience
  • Assist with various Payroll/HR administration and paperwork, such as onboarding, terminations, and compliance
  • Develop and monitor SLAs and associated measurements
  • Provide input in process design on feasibility for systems & technology
  • Keep developing knowledge about Payroll/HR best practices as well as about important laws and regulations
  • Run reports to assess quality service level of People Service and share them with relevant people

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

Experience Requirements

  • 3+ years in Payroll, HR, business, administration or related field
  • Proven experience in completing the day-to-day operations of the Payroll/HR department, ideally in semiconductor or globally operating technology company
  • Experience in constructively collaborating with internal stakeholders

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

  • High level of Payroll/HR IT acumen
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Self-reliant, resourceful, and able to work independently
  • Effective team member in sharing knowledge and best practices
