- To handle the industrial relations function by assisting in the development and implementation of the company's IR policies and procedures.
- Manage matters relating to employee discipline proceedings, performance improvement plans, and grievances through a progressive disciplinary approach.
- Manage employee counselling, grievances, disciplinary matters, and domestic enquiries for misconduct and follow through with appropriate actions.
- Provide advice and counselling on all disciplinary issues and ensure that action taken by the company is in compliance with the Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967, the employees' contract of employment, and the company's policies and procedures.
- Organise briefings and conduct training to enable employees to familiarise themselves with IR policies and practices.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure effective communication and resolution of workplace issues.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,682.00 - RM6,800.00 per month
