Tech Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Silverlake Deposits projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and business analysts, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating project performance and implementing best practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Mentor and guide team members, promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Tech Delivery Manager or similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of Silverlake Deposits or similar banking systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the banking industry is a plus.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
