Supply Chain Executive (Import/Export) - Subang Jaya (Ref ID: 12969)

Job description:

• To coordinate & perform IBD order & sales operation work.
• Prepares Budget Report and Sales Report (Export) by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Supply chain – Logistic and warehouse. Liaise with 3PL on inbound/outbound process, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Tracking products through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination.
• Overseeing the arrival of shipments.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. To monitor / budget and accrue.
• Undertake additional responsibility from time to time as assigned by superior
• Organizing and maintaining records on system
• Compiling data and generating reports for supervisor
• Communicating with suppliers and logistics team

Requirements:

• Education Background: Degree in Logistics/Inventory/Supply Chain or equivalent
• Years of experience: Minimum 3 years working experience in supply chain (Preferably in FMCG)
• Intermediate Excel Sheet skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Monday - Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm
