Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Recruiter who is passionate about finding and hiring the best candidates to join our retail teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to fill open positions in our retail stores. This role requires strong tracking and data analysis skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Attracting Candidates: Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract top talent for open retail positions.
  • Headhunting: Proactively search for and approach potential candidates who may not be actively job searching, but would be a great fit for our retail teams.
  • Email Communication: Craft and send professional emails to candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Data Tracking and Analysis: Accurately track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source-to-hire, and candidate satisfaction, to inform recruitment strategies and improve process efficiency.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers, store managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that recruitment needs are met and that new hires are successfully onboarded.
  • Candidate Management: Manage candidate relationships, ensuring that all candidates have a positive experience, regardless of the outcome.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the candidate experience.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a retail or sales environment
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent
  • Strong data analysis and tracking skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform recruitment strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
