Job Requirement:
- Acquire leads through offline channels
- Participate in business networking events to enhance brand presence and market engagement
- Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs
- Provide expert advice on policy options
- Stay updated on the latest insurance products
- Keep informed of industry trends and regulatory changes
- Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, and modifications
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all processes
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Address client concerns and provide ongoing support
- Promote insurance products and services
- Identify upselling opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Ensure adherence to financial advisory regulations
- Uphold ethical standards and company policies .
Candidate with sales experience is an added advantage
- Vacancies open for Malaysian with own transport
- Min SPM holder or higher qualification
- Fresh grads are welcomed
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Required languages: Mandarin and English
- EPF/SOCSO
