Qualification : Degree in Business/ Supply Chain/ STPM/ Technical certificate Experience :- • Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning or store logistics planning • Experience in maintaining BOM list • Knowledge of supply chain management • Having experience with data analysis • Project management experience • Industry-specific experience Technical Skills • Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word • NAV System Job Duties • Facilitates timely planning of deliveries & schedules with Production align with customer’s orders • Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of incoming parts arrival and production schedule to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders. • Control parts issuing to production according to assembly schedule at all times. • Update and provide parts required date to purchasing and ensure meeting expected arrival date. • Coordinate with purchasing, engineering, logistic, production, quality management for updated BOM list. • Creates PQ according to BOM List for parts ordering. • Update weekly store inventory and production WIP.
