Supplier and Vendor Management: • Identify and liaise with reputable suppliers, vendors, and service providers to fulfill event requirements. • Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. 6. On-Site Management: • Oversee all on-site operations, including setup, registration, guest services, and troubleshooting. • Coordinate with staff, volunteers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of the event. 7. Post-Event Evaluation: • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of MICE events and gather feedback from clients and attendees. • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance future events. Job Requirements / Qualifications: 1. Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or related field. 2. Proven experience in MICE event planning and coordination. 3. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in budgeting and financial management. 6. Knowledge of industry trends, venues, and suppliers. 7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 9. Willingness to travel and work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules. 10. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
