Job description

1. Prepare Quotation for client.

2. Prepare Request For Client, Purchase Order, Delivery Order and Invois.

3. Organise filing system / labelling file.

4. Prepare official letter and others letter.

5. Prepare minutes meeting.

6. Responsible to manage office equipment.

7. Updated Annual Leave Staffs every month.

8. Manage filing system control.

9. Make sure forms always sufficient e.g (leave form, overtime, petty cash, mileage
claim form and etc)

10. Updates tender in tender’s books and filing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
