Qualifications

Job description

  1. Document Management: Prepare, edit and file internal and external company documents and records.
  2. Handle the classification, filing, retrieval and destruction of company documents.
  3. Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and business activities.
  4. Manage schedules to ensure efficient scheduling and use of resources.
  5. Phone & Mail Handling: Answer phones, record messages and transfer them.
  6. Receive and distribute mail, process letters and packages, and ensure timely delivery of information.
  7. Recruitment and Staffing: Assist in the development of recruitment plans and advertise positions.
  8. Screens resume, schedules interviews, and conducts initial candidate screening and background checks.
  9. Labour Regulations and Compliance: Ensure the company complies with relevant labour regulations and contractual requirements. Handle labour disputes and legal matters to maintain company compliance.
